The award holds monthly and is carried out by the Service Delivery Unit in collaboration with Heads of Departments/Units of the hospital. The criteria for awardees include Obedience to constituted authority, punctuality, prompt service delivery, human relations, innovation, appearance, ability to work under stress, and other pertinent virtues.
