The Management in her effort on motivation of Staff and reward for hard work, resuscitates her Staff of the month award. The award which is first of its kind in the last seven years was won by Dr. Nsor Obo for Doctor’s category from the department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Nurses category was won by Nurse Lokoja Hussaini, Senior Staff category was won by Pharm. Vincent Obanishe and Mr Abdulkadir S. Aliyu won the Junior Staff category from the department of Medical Microbiology.The award will hold monthly and its carried out by the Service Delivery Unit in collaboration with Heads of Departments/Units of the hospital. The criteria for awardees includes: Obedience to constituted authority, punctuality, prompt service delivery, human relations, innovation, appearance, ability to work under stress and other pertinent virtues.
The awardees and their HODs applauded the Management on the award and promise to continue to put in their best to justify the award given to them.
